I ordered a package many weeks ago. They shipped it quickly but it has been lost for weeks in Canada Post nevI have tried contacting the merchant through email, there website, paypal and trusted reviews. After over a week not so much as a response or acknowledgement of my email or issue.
My order status has been “in progress” for the past 7 days and based on what I’ve read so far it’s likely to be cancelled a week later without explanation... maybe if this happens to 10 of us, we could send their CS a group email asking for an explanation.

I have shopped online many times with Simons during the pandemic and the ship to store is a great service. Quick turnaround and polite, friendly and helpful Simons customer service employees when you pick up. Products are great quality for the price. My “go to”store,
The minimum price for free shipping was only $25 when I first started buying from them, about 9 months ago.
At some point they changed it to $50 and now it's $75.
I wonder how long that'll last.
One email confirmation of 9rder placed and then 4 weeks later an email that says shipped. I'm gonna need more updates than that, especially when most companies ship the day after you place an order. It took Simon's like 2 weeks to process my order.
Ordered the Oriental Diamond Rug on 1/25 and received it on 1/29! Great quality for the price (25% off). it’s a lovely and unique design. I’ve always love Simons Home.
I ordered some pink embossed drinking glasses and placemats. They were packaged well and came within a week. Very pleased with the quality for the price of both.

Made a order of 10 items online on the 6th of January at the time all the items were at the stores around my city but because of covid I preferred to do online shopping which I did lots of times with other stores and never had problems. First I received the email saying other was in progress and today I called customer service to know why was taking so long to get the shipment...they answered the warehouse was one week behind because of covid....
And at 22:30 I received a email with a order cancelation...I did cancel anything and the other reason it’s because they don’t have the items but I search into the web site and some of the items are still available in the web site and some of the stores!
How can they cancel a order like that without explanation 2 weeks after...
Really disappointed
14 days is how long it took for them to do anything, but sadly all that was done was them finally deciding to do something with my order.
Don't know why it takes that long if you're just going to cancel my Order on me, but alright.
I guess I've learned that I shouldn't want Pants from somewhere.

I got this unbelievable serves from Simons. Actually, I could not get any serves at all. I bought 3 items on the 30th of December. After 12 days without an update, they just send me an email saying my order was canceled! No explanation, no compensation! And they put this sentence under the email: "Thank you for trusting Simons!". Well, there will not be a second time!
Had issues with items being cancelled. Veronique in customer service was very helpful. More items got cancelled so I insisted in speaking to a manager. I was told a manager would call me back and I got a call from Nicollette. She was amazing and went out of her way to make good on the issues. She was very honest and apologetic too. I would recommend calling and insisting on speaking to a manager.
A couple years ago, I ordered some items and the service was great. This year was a bad experience. I purchased a couple of throw blankets along with a late birthday gift for my girlfriend. I ordered a sweater for her since it was on sale for a good price, and then after my order was processed and reviewed they took off the sweater on the email notice that I got. They should have just not had that out of stock item on their site. It's so frustrating, also I reminded them that I needed a gift box for the order, and when they replied they said I would be getting it for sure, guess what I got my order and there was no gift box or gift wrap, even though on the slip with my purchases it said it would have 1. The first year I ordered from them the customer service was great and the gift boxes were sent and listed on the slip. This year I'm having second thoughts about ordering from them again.
